We're looking for enthusiastic, positive, and energetic Kids and Coaches who love kids and love movement. Ultimate Ninjas gyms deliver structured ninja and obstacle-based training with a strong emphasis on confidence, safety, and fun . You'll help kids discover their inner ninja while building strength, coordination, and resilience in a supportive, exciting environment. How You'll Make an Impact Create a safe, encouraging space where kids can learn, grow, and fall in love with ninja training Coach fun, engaging ninja classes using our proven curriculum and teaching methods (we'll train you!) Teach skills such as climbing, swinging, jumping, balance, strength, and obstacle techniques Prioritize safety, spotting, and proper progressions at all times Deliver an outstanding customer service experience — we treat our members like family Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized gym and lobby area Ideal Candidates… Are looking for a part-time position with evening availability and weekends Love celebrating kids' wins — big and small Have experience or interest in ninja, gymnastics, parkour, dance, cheer, sports, fitness, or physical education (helpful, but not required) Are service-oriented and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed Love staying active and moving throughout your shift Know how to have fun, but you also know when it's time to focus and coach with purpose Weekday and weekend hours - flexible schedule Why You'll be Glad You Joined our Team… Kids leave our classes more confident than when they walked in You'll stay active all day — no sitting behind a desk You'll build meaningful relationships with kids and families that last You get paid to coach ninja skills or hosting birthday parties - with tips!
