PURPOSE:

To provide a safe and inclusive community fitness class, designed for all ages, demographics, and experience levels To assist participants with their fitness goals in a group fitness format To assist Ridge Athletic Clubs in maintaining a clean and welcoming facility

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Certification:

CPR/AED certification or higher within the first 90 days of employment Certification as a group exercise instructor from a Nationally-recognized program Specialty certification in Barre or Pilates S kills/

Knowledge:

Be familiar with the most current and up-to-date techniques for health and safety Showcase the ability to teach to all levels of experience and provide modifications and options for varying skill levels, ages, and demographics Be motivational, encouraging, dynamic and engaging Possess great customer service and strong communication skills Enforce Ridge guidelines

Physical Requirements:

Demonstrate proper technique The ability to perform the following movements with ease: bending, twisting, pulling, reaching, and stretching The ability to perform the movements specifically required for your format

Availability:

Mornings/afternoons Some weekend availability required
