Academy | Knightdale, NC We're a smaller, close-knit gym that serves recreational & developmental athletes from walking age to 17—and we're building a team that knows how to GRIND the right way. At U Academy, we teach our athletes that progress comes from consistency, effort, and heart. Now we're looking for coaches who live that same mindset.

We want people who:

• Have experience in gymnastics, cheer, or tumbling (a plus!)
• As an athlete or coach
• Have experience in all three (a major plus!)
• Love working with children
• Aren't afraid to grind, grow, and show up ready to work
• Are dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Are available Mondays
• Fridays, Saturdays…will start off small and increase hours and days as we build.
