The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching young children in various dance styles, such as ballet, tap, jazz, and hip-hop. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages confidence, creativity, and a love for dance.

Key Responsibilities:

Class Instruction Student Engagement Progress Monitoring Performance Preparation Classroom Management Studio Contribution Health and Safety Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Dance, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience teaching dance to young children is required. Experience in a preschool or elementary setting is preferred.

Skills:

Proficient in various dance styles. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Ability to connect with young children and foster a love for dance.

Personality:

Patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing with a passion for working with children. Creative and adaptable in teaching methods.

Certifications:

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required.

Availability:

Monday-Thursday 4-8pm

Job Types:

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
