Working closely with the Director of Studies, this role helps lead the day-to-day academic operation of the school while supporting our teachers and ensuring an exceptional learning experience for our students. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, adaptable, and solutions oriented. You'll enjoy this role if you love working with people, developing teachers, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced international school community. What you'll do Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to our teaching team Support teacher onboarding, training, observations, feedback, and professional development Coordinate teacher and student scheduling, substitutions, and academic program changes Support student placement, testing, level changes, academic progress, and attendance Serve as a key point of contact for students with academic questions or concerns Help maintain high standards of teaching and learning across the school Support teacher recruitment, staffing, and other academic operations Coordinate academic programs, resources, communications, and special initiatives Collaborate with other school teams to continuously improve the student experience Teach substitute classes when needed What we're looking for Experience in education, teaching, academic management, or a related field Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A passion for coaching and developing teachers The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment A collaborative approach and strong commitment to the student experience Why you'll love working here: Perks, Benefits, and more!
