You will manage a team of Content Managers, Learning Designers, and Content Editors and help to build the capabilities, standards, and processes needed to create high-quality instructional content while improving content reuse, scalability, consistency, and speed to market.

+ Design and lead all aspects of the development of innovative curriculum materials, digital learning experiences, and instructional programs tailored to the needs of students. + Ensure that all instructional content is aligned with industry trends, state standards, and licensure requirements, using knowledge of best practices in the beauty and wellness sector. + Collaborate with partners to incorporate relevant learning science, research, technology, and digital capabilities into curriculum and learning experiences to meet the needs of our students and industry.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:

+ Collaborate with industry experts, educators, licensing boards, and other collaborators to ensure curriculum meets professional and educational standards. + Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for the organization's educational offerings at industry events, conferences, and in digital forums.

Project and Resource Management:

+ Lead curriculum development projects from inception through launch, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. + Be responsible for the allocation of resources across the curriculum team, including managing timelines, budgets, and workloads to meet project goals. + Partner with technology and product teams to integrate e-learning tools, multimedia content, and analytics into the curriculum.
