Open Until Filled The Fairview Park City Schools has an opening for a iMTSS Facilitator for the 2026-2027 school year.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
: The iMTSS Facilitator serves as a collaborative resource to school leadership and educator teams in implementing Fairview Park City Schools Integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports (iMTSS). Working in partnership with principals and educator teams, the facilitator helps ensure that student support processess are timely, evidence-based, data-informed and consistently implemented. This is a non-supervisory, non-evaluative teacher leadership role focused on strengthening systems that improve outcomes for students. This will be for up to twenty (20) hours per year.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
: Collaborate with principals to identify educator teams that would benefit from structured support in developing, implementing or monitoring student intervention plans Coordinate and facilitate iMTSS team meetings that engage educators in a structured, collaborative problem-solving process centered on improving student outcomes Assist educator teams in analyzing multiple sources of student data to identify learning needs, determine root causes, establish measurable goals and develop targeted intervention plans Help ensure intervention plans are clearly documented, implemented with fidelity and monitored according to established timelines Coordinate the collection, organization and review of progress-monitoring data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and inform instructional decisions Serve as a resource in identifying evidence-based instructional and behavioral interventions by drawing upon high-quality research, including the Institute of Education Sciences What Works Clearinghouse and other recognized sources of evidence Support educator teams in selecting interventions that align with identified student needs while encouraging thoughtful professional dialogue around instructional decision-making Serve as a trusted thought partner who respectfully challenges assumption, asks probing questions and guides collaborative teams toward evidence-based solutions while honoring the professional expertise of colleagues Maintain regular communication with principals regarding implementation progress, emerging needs and opportunities to strengthen the effectiveness of the school's iMTSS process Monitor the integrity of the district's intervention process by identifying systemic barriers to implementation, communicating trends to building and district leadership and recommending process improvements that strengthen the effectiveness of the iMTSS framework Assist in developing common tools, resources, protocols and documentation that promote consistency across schools and grade levels Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and professional discussions while fostering an atmosphere of trust, collaboration and continuous improvement Participate in ongoing professional learning related to evidence-based instruction, intervention systems, implementation science and continuous improvement
SALARY :
$30 per hour
STARTING DATE
: August 20, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year
