Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director to join our educational leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will support the strategic vision and operational excellence of our institution, ensuring high standards of educational quality, compliance, and staff development. Responsibilities Assist in developing and refining curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and innovative teaching practices. Lead efforts in fundraising initiatives to support school programs, facilities, and student opportunities. Contribute to strategic planning processes to set long-term goals for academic excellence and operational efficiency. Support senior leadership in managing school operations, including personnel management, faculty evaluation, and staff supervision. Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers and staff focused on instructional leadership, childhood development, special education law, and educational compliance. Supervise school administrative functions, including personnel management, classroom oversight, and student services. Collaborate with faculty on instructional strategies that promote inclusive learning environments for diverse student populations. Represent the school at community events and public speaking engagements to foster relationships with stakeholders and promote the school's mission. Be willing to jump in a classroom when needed, and be able to drive a company van for field trips and afterschool care. Skills Extensive experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership within K-12 or early childhood education settings. Proven success in fundraising efforts and strategic planning at an administrative level. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets as an executive education administrator or similar role. Deep understanding of educational compliance, legal regulations—including special education law—and school operations management. Exceptional personnel management skills with a track record of supervising faculty and staff effectively. Expertise in facilitating professional development programs tailored for educators across various grade levels. Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining a focus on educational excellence and student well-being. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within educational institutions. Pay:
