Schedule:
Saturday, 12:30pm -4:30pm Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Show Choir, Musical Theater, and Dance instruction for diverse ages, integrating visual and performing arts, choreography, and theater elements. Lead warm-ups, choreography sessions, vocal and performance coaching, and ensemble rehearsals; monitor progress and provide constructive feedback. Manage classroom behavior, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and adapt lessons for varied skill levels and special needs. Develop and refine unit plans and activities aligned with curriculum and program goals. Qualifications Proven experience teaching visual and performing arts to youth, with strong dance instruction and theater education background Skills in classroom management, choreography, and delivering engaging arts-based lessons Ability to develop and adapt curricula for musical theatre and dance programs; experience with youth programs and performing arts coaching Familiarity with teaching musical theater, dance, and stage performance; background in creative arts instruction Passion for mentorship, creativity, and fostering student growth in a collaborative studio environment
