Job Description

ShiningStars Charleston is growing and looking for part-time instructors to take our exciting "little voices, big stage" program to preschools across our area. We are looking for energetic, kid-loving individuals to lead and educate 3 through 8-year-olds in fun games and communication exercises, culminating in a live drama production. These daytime hours are very flexible, perfect for stay-at-home moms, college students or someone just looking for a few extra hours per week. Responsibilities:

This position has the potential to change and evolve as you become more experienced with the philosophy of ShiningStars Theater, but initially the Coach will be responsible for: coaching classes at select area schools overseeing the marketing program at the schools in which you coach Communicating between school directors and the ShiningStars director Required skills: The ideal candidate should have or be able to accomplish the following: Background in arts/ theater or working with children Amazing with young children (patience with young children) High Personal Integrity and reliability Successful at juggling multiple tasks Strong communication skills (working with school directors and teachers to grow program) Quick learner Must have a cell phone, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check. Must live near Charleston and surrounding areas Supporting Instructors 3-15 hours per week Program runs month to month all year long. Must commit to 3 - 6 months+ MUST

LOVE KIDS
