Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic educational environment. Teacher | GA Pre-k Lead | Driver | Floater | After school Teacher Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to diverse learning needs, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and active participation among students. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing and formative assessments to inform instruction. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's individual development plan and welfare. Incorporate early intervention strategies for children requiring additional support in areas such as speech, social skills, or special education needs. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and student progress reports. Requirements Proven experience working with children across various age groups, especially in preschool or daycare settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques. Expertise in curriculum development with familiarity in literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and Montessori methods. Excellent classroom management skills to foster a safe and respectful learning environment. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of children with special education requirements or behavioral challenges. Effective communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members clearly and empathetically. Prior experience with classroom experience involving standardized testing, tutoring, or private school environments is preferred. Knowledge of child welfare practices and experience caring for toddlers or young children is highly desirable.
