We are a small, family-owned driving school in Belmont, MA dedicated to providing top-notch driver education. We're looking for passionate individuals to join our friendly team as Driving Instructors. Why Join Us? Flexible schedules (weekdays, weekends, evenings etc. are available) Competitive pay ($25 - $30) (We are more than willing to discuss compensation options based on your experience) Regular performance-based raises (evaluated every 6 months!) Requirements:

Valid MA Professional Driving Instructor License At least 1 year of experience (preferred) Must pass a CORI check and have a clean 5-year driving history Excellent communication skills

As a Driving Instructor, you will work closely with young students, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to become safe, responsible drivers. You will provide professional behind-the-wheel instruction, ensuring all lessons follow Massachusetts RMV guidelines and standards.
