We are seeking a passionate, experienced Riding Instructor to join our team year-round. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hunt seat equitation on the flat (no jumping), solid horsemanship skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset. This individual should be dedicated to providing high-quality instruction and creating a positive learning environment for riders of all levels.
Responsibilities:
Teach riding lessons for individuals and small groups (beginner through advanced) Develop lesson plans tailored to each student's goals Provide constructive feedback to help riders improve Teach proper riding techniques and horsemanship Create a positive and supportive learning environment Participate in special events, clinics, and competitions as appropriate Maintain strong communication with riders and families Support horse care, stable management, and safety practices
Qualifications:
Experience teaching riding lessons a definite plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, responsible, and committed to the safety of horses and riders Experience working with horses and riders of all ages and abilities Knowledge of horse care, stable management, and basic first aid Must be willing to teach on Saturdays with premium pay
