The ideal Full-time School‑Age Teacher & Bus Driver must h ave 2+ years experience as a teacher in a child care / daycare setting. CDA or, School Age Endorsement Certification or, Associates Degree or, Bachelors Degree. Position Overview This dual‑role position includes: Supervising and engaging school‑age children during before‑school and after‑school program hours Providing a safe, structured, and positive environment for students Driving the program bus to transport children to school in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon Ensuring all transportation and classroom activities follow program policies and state licensing requirements Key Responsibilities Build positive relationships with children and families Lead activities, support homework time, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom Conduct daily bus safety checks and follow all transportation procedures Maintain accurate attendance and transportation logs Communicate professionally with families and staff Uphold all safety, supervision, and licensing standards
