Job Description

About us We are looking for an Owner / Operator. You must live in the state of South Carolina. Bee Safe Driving School is one of South Carolina's fastest growing businesses. State law requires every 15 and 16 year old who wants to get their driver's license must go through driver education, which makes our industry virtually Recession Proof. We have a business opportunity to own and operate a Bee Safe Driving School in this state. We are looking for mom's, dad's, grandparents, aunt's, uncle's, big brothers and sisters located across SC who want to impact someone's life and make a good living doing it. Semi-retirees and school teachers do very well at this position. We offer full training including business and operations support
Responsibilities:
  • Provide driving instruction to teen and adult students
  • Deliver a fun and engaging classroom lessons on traffic laws, road safety, and defensive driving techniques
  • Conduct in-car training sessions to teach practical driving skills
  • Prepare each student to pass the SCDMV approved Road Test and administer said test to each one
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and evaluations
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment in the classroom and during driving lessons
  • Be friendly, fun, encouraging, positive, and supporting
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 30 years old and have a desire to own and operate your own business
  • Previous experience working with teenagers, including your own if applicable.
  • Must be available after school hours and weekends
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions to students
  • Knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving techniques
  • Ability to manage a classroom environment and maintain discipline among students
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Ability to connect with teens quickly and have a fun, relaxed, encouraging, positve personality.

$48,000.00
