Job Overview Our daycare teachers are the heart of our center and create joyful, meaningful moments each day that truly make a difference in the lives of children and their families. We're looking for someone with a kind heart, a patient spirit, and a growth mindset who loves nurturing young minds and helping children discover a lifelong love of learning. We have a 3 positions available: daycare teacher, daycare kitchen help, and daycare driver. Teacher Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, naps, and outdoor time to ensure safety and engagement Implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence Assist with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and administering basic first aid when necessary COOK Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to specific guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are needed Accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment Assist with meal planning and food preparation DRIVER Safely transport children to and from school and daycare activities Ensure all children are properly secured during transportation Follow all traffic laws and daycare transportation policies Assist children in getting on and off the vehicle safely Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and child development instruction methods Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training encouraged Familiarity with special education needs and experience working with children with disabilities is a plus Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and behaviors Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration Ability to pass background checks and comply with all licensing regulations for daycare centers Join us in creating a nurturing space where children thrive!
