The CP Middle School Director provides leadership, discipleship, and oversight for the middle school student programs by creating an engaging, spiritually healthy environment where students feel seen, known, and valued. This role focuses on leadership, relationship-building, volunteer development, and ministry ownership. Leadership Lead weekly middle school gatherings with preparation, energy, and intentionality. Arrive early to prepare the environment, technology, supplies, and volunteers. Lead volunteer huddles and set a positive, welcoming, and focused tone for ministry culture and engagement. Take ownership of the ministry environment and overall student experience. Be spiritually prepared and relationally engaged. Discipleship Create a culture where every student feels valued and connected through personal care. Build intentional relationships with students through weekly interactions and follow-up. Meet weekly with small groups of female students outside of youth services for discipleship and mentorship. Support & track male leaders discipling small groups of male students. Parent & Volunteer Engagement Connect consistently with parents and maintain healthy communication (ex: Parent Link, Sunday services, etc). Recruit, equip, support and encourage volunteer leaders. Foster a culture of appreciation and teamwork among volunteers. Administration & Communication Prepare weekly teaching content and ministry plans. Communicate regularly with volunteers and ministry leaders. Track student, parent, and volunteer connections and submit program ministry reports. Participate in Family Ministry meetings and support High School programs. Weekly Hour Breakdown Sunday Morning Program, 8 am - 12 pm: 4 hours
