This role blends educational leadership with business development. What you'll do Grow the school Promote our private school and learning center enthusiastically to prospective families Meet with parents to discuss educational plans for their children and match them with the right services Develop and pursue new marketing ideas, referral relationships, and community partnerships Lead educational operations Oversee daily operation of our 1-on-1 and small-classroom school, driving academic progress, strong attendance, and school safety Respond to parent inquiries: assess each student's needs, match the student with the best teachers and tutors, and keep our database current Manage schedules for students, teachers, and tutors Determine curriculum for enrolled students and support teachers in developing effective syllabi Coach teachers on classroom management and monitor the quality of all instruction and teacher-student relationships Serve as the liaison between parents and the school; resolve academic and disciplinary issues with students, parents, and faculty to reach positive outcomes Organize and oversee twice-yearly parent-teacher conferences Follow up regularly with parents and students to ensure outstanding service File and advocate for testing accommodations with the College Board and ACT Arrange professional development for staff Tutor or teach occasionally in your area(s) of expertise, as needed Be a nurturing presence for our students Manage the team Hire, train, oversee, and inspire your staff Review and approve teachers' session notes before they go to parents, intervening as needed to ensure top-quality service Coordinate with our Controller on accurate monthly client billing and weekly payroll Keep the school running smoothly Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university (advanced degree a plus) Leadership experience in education, and experience supporting students with learning differences (LD/ASD), strongly preferred Spanish fluency a plus To apply , email Jason Robinovitz at : Your resume A job-specific cover letter describing your experience and why you're a great match for us
