Group Leader:
Grades 1-2 Solutions Extended Day - Before and After School Program Staff 2:00-6:00 pm starting at $18 per hour Washington Street K-2 Elementary School
Start Date:
August 24, 2026 (2026-2027 school year) Reports to: Solutions Program Directors We are seeking caring, reliable staff to support children in a safe, engaging before and after school environment. Responsibilities include supervising activities, leading enrichment opportunities, and maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Staff work with children in Preschool through Grade 5 and help ensure smooth daily transitions between school and program time. All positions are benefits eligible and include paid holidays, sick time, vacation time, optional health and dental insurance, free courses at Dean College and More!
Qualifications:
Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team Basic computer knowledge (Google Apps a plus) Must be 18 and have a High School Diploma Must successfully pass Criminal Offender (CORI) background check and national fingerprinting screening (CHRI) We understand that our collective success depends on the robust exchange of ideas—an exchange that is best when the rich diversity of our perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences flourishes.
