OOB/Saco Adult & Community Education Title:

Student Services Administrative Assistant Reports to: Director of Adult Education

Job Goal:

To provide administrative support for adult education academic programs.

Terms of Employment:

This is a full time year round position with a starting salary range of $20-$22/hr. Benefits include individual/single health and dental coverage.

Qualifications:

Experience working in administrative support roles Proficient in office related technology tools Positive, collaborative, assiduous, creative, and passionate about education. CHRC

Performance Responsibilities:

Entering data in student information systems Administering standardized testing General office support for staff and students Assisting with connecting students to program services Event planning such as graduation Generating reports Communications with parents, students, and staff
