Primary Responsibilities Oversight of daily operations at Pathfinder Village School, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement a specialty curriculum tailored to the needs of students with a variety of diagnoses Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to maintain a sense of community Mentor teachers, clinicians, and assistants in their professional development Oversight of Otsego Academy, our post-secondary program for young adults Required Qualifications Minimum of BA/BS in Education or related human service field Certification as a school administrator or eligible to obtain Annual salary starts at $90,000 Located in
