Administrative Manager - Little Neck Campus Ashcan Studio of Art Little Neck, Queens, NY Full-Time | On-Site | 40 Hours per
Week Pay:
$25 per hour About Ashcan Studio of Art Ashcan Studio of Art (ashcanart.com) is an art education center founded in New York City in 2006. We provide high-quality art education to a diverse community of students, ranging from young children to high school students and adults who wish to continue their education in art and design. Our faculty is committed to cultivating intellectual curiosity, encouraging students to explore the creative process, embrace new challenges, and pursue artistic and academic excellence. The Administrative Manager will work closely with the Founder and Director, instructors, students, parents, and managers from our other campuses. Job Responsibilities Oversee the daily administrative operations of the Little Neck campus Manage class schedules, instructor schedules, student attendance, and campus events Assist new and current students and parents with consultations, registration, scheduling, and general inquiries Provide professional and attentive customer service Communicate studio policies and procedures clearly to students, parents, instructors, and staff Coordinate with the Director and managers at other Ashcan Studio locations Process tuition payments, invoices, billing records, and other campus-related financial transactions accurately and responsibly Maintain organized student, staff, and administrative records Manage and update social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and the studio blog Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming environment Perform additional administrative duties as needed Qualifications Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, scheduling, and planning abilities Leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Instagram, Facebook, and blogging platforms Previous administrative, educational, or customer service experience preferred Korean language ability is a plus but not required Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
