Job Description

The Earle School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated fully certified 6-8th Math Teacher to provide high-quality instruction and foster a positive, engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will be committed to student growth, academic excellence, and the overall development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state and district curriculum standards. Create a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to learning. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Utilize effective teaching strategies, technology, and resources to enhance student learning. Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and behavior. Establish and maintain positive communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Implement classroom management techniques to promote a safe and respectful learning environment. Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and administrators to enhance instructional effectiveness. Participate in professional development opportunities and stay updated on best teaching practices. Support school-wide initiatives, extracurricular activities, and community engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field. Valid Arkansas teaching license with appropriate certification for elementary education. Proven experience in elementary-level teaching (preferred but not required). Strong understanding of child development, instructional strategies, and curriculum planning. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to integrate technology into the classroom effectively. Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Employment Terms:

Full-time position following the district's academic calendar. Salary and benefits per the Earle School District salary schedule.
