Full Job Description Job Summary:

Inspire Academy is now hiring passionate and dedicated K-5 Teachers who have a genuine love for children and a commitment to helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. As a private school with a small classroom setting and low teacher-to-student ratio, we provide an environment where teachers can build meaningful relationships with students and give individualized attention that supports student success. We are seeking enthusiastic educators who can create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where every child feels encouraged to learn and thrive. The ideal candidate is patient, creative, organized, and passionate about elementary education.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging lesson plans for K-5 students Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Provide individualized support through small class sizes Encourage student participation and academic growth Monitor and assess student progress Communicate effectively with parents and staff Maintain classroom organization and positive behavior expectations Support students' social and emotional development

Qualifications:
