This is a great opportunity for an education major, graduate student, future teacher, homeschool graduate, or anyone who enjoys working with young children and wants meaningful part-time work. Excited to learn alongside our family. Teaching experience is welcome but not required. We care more about your attitude, reliability, and love of learning than your résumé. We're hoping to create a calm, encouraging learning environment inspired by Montessori principles, where curiosity, independence, and practical life skills are valued alongside academics. You don't need formal Montessori training, but an appreciation for hands-on learning, child-led exploration, and learning through everyday experiences is a plus. To apply, Please send the following: A brief introduction about yourself. Your major (if you're in school) or relevant experience. Why you're interested in this position. Any experience working with children. A few hobbies or interests you'd enjoy sharing with kids (gardening, art, music, sports, science, cooking, etc.).
