Job Description
Position Title :
Substitute Teachers Gr. K-6 (Warren Community Elementary School) Gr. 7-12 (Quaboag Regional Middle High School) Reports to :
Building Principals Primary Function :
To teach and manage classrooms in absence of the teacher Funded by :
District Budget Qualifications :
o MA Teacher License preferred but not required o Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required o Effective instructional abilities, strong classroom management skills
Responsibilities :
o Ability to teach curriculum and lessons o Strong classroom management and positive behavior skills o Excellent communication and collaborative skills with students, staff, and parents o Ability to portray a positive role model to students o Ability to differentiate instruction for individual students and small groups o Ability to make accommodations for different learning styles o Other duties as assigned by the principal
