Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid teaching certificate (ZG)
• Dual Certification preferred
• Highly Qualified Teacher status
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate problem solving skills that address challenges that may arise in the classroom
• Promote creative thinking opportunities for students
• Value a collaborative approach to teaching and learning
• Incorporate the principles of design thinking into planning and teaching

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging, standards-aligned instruction to students
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where all students feel comfortable
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to support student success
• Communicate with families to share student experiences and celebrate progress
• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and well-managed space
• Support additional building needs (e.g., recess supervision) as part of the school team
