Monitor and assess student progress regularly using performance data analysis and standardized testing results to tailor instruction. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through parent-teacher conferences, progress reports, and ongoing updates about student performance. Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop curriculum implementation plans and share best practices. Engage in curriculum development activities, including proofreading educational materials and integrating library services to enrich learning experiences. Support early childhood education initiatives by applying Montessori or other child-centered teaching philosophies where appropriate. Participate in professional development opportunities focused on childhood development, literacy education, and educational compliance regulations. Experience Proven classroom experience in elementary school settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Experience working with children of various ages, including early childhood education and working with individuals with special needs such as autism or requiring early intervention. Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities through differentiated instruction. Familiarity with curriculum development, implementation, and assessment techniques including student performance data analysis. Prior experience integrating educational technology tools into daily lessons to enhance learning outcomes. Strong communication skills for effective parent-teacher collaboration and team-based teaching approaches. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures, behavior management strategies, and educational regulations compliance. Experience working in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus. Skills in tutoring, literacy education, math instruction, and working with diverse learners are highly valued.
