Classroom Teaching Full Job Description About Us:

Positions Available:

Lead Teachers & Assistant Teachers for Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K classrooms

Key Qualifications:

Fluency in English (required) Bilingual in Russian or Spanish (preferred, not required) Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, document progress, and maintain structure in the classroom Ability to follow and implement lesson plans and guidance from lead staff Knowledge of positive discipline and classroom management strategies Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team-player mindset Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting (strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates)
