The Role Learn And Explore Academy is seeking an exceptional Elementary STEM Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. We're looking for an educator who is passionate about hands-on, inquiry-based learning and can inspire students through engaging STEM experiences. Working with students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, you'll design creative, project-based lessons and collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate STEM across the curriculum. Our interdisciplinary approach encourages students to think critically, solve real-world problems, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Alignment with Learn And Explore Academy's mission and educational philosophy. Educational Background and Work Experience Bachelor's degree in STEM, Education, or a related field. At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience preferred. Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal growth. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Experience using technology and data to enhance instruction. Ability to plan engaging, student-centered lessons. Successful completion of a criminal background check. Compensation Our salaries are highly competitive and based on an individual's skills and experiences relevant to the role. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package. Starting teachers salaries range from $65,000-$75,000, based on experience.
