If you love working with children and have a passion for Montessori education, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who can create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that encourages independence, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning. Qualifications AMS, AMI, or other MACTE-accredited Montessori certification required Assistant to Infancy certification will also be considered Current CPR and First Aid certification Food Handler certification Completion of all training requirements mandated by the State of Texas Strong classroom management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working in a Montessori classroom preferred Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing and maintaining a beautiful, organized Montessori environment Presenting Montessori lessons and materials according to Montessori philosophy and methodology Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom atmosphere Keeping students actively engaged through age-appropriate learning experiences Monitoring and documenting student progress Conducting parent-teacher conferences and maintaining ongoing communication with families Supervising and managing children both indoors and outdoors Supporting each child's academic, social, and emotional development Participating in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive school culture Demonstrating patience, professionalism, and a genuine love for working with children What We Offer Competitive salary Paid holidays Paid vacation time Personal days Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families If you are a dedicated Montessori educator who is committed to excellence and passionate about helping children thrive, we encourage you to apply.
