The ISEN student population is comprised of 800 undergraduate students (sophomore to senior level) and 200 graduate students. More information about ISEN is available at https://engineering.tamu.edu/industrial . We welcome outstanding candidates across all major areas of Industrial and Systems Engineering. Particularly, those whose expertise advances the intersection of data science and engineering, artificial intelligence, and broader departmental themes are encouraged to apply. The candidate will also play a role in teaching and curricular development. This is a 9-month academic appointment, with the possibility of additional summer support contingent upon need and availability of funds. The anticipated start date is August 1, 2027. Qualifications Applicants must have an earned doctorate in industrial and systems engineering, computer science, computer engineering, statistics, or a related engineering or science discipline. Applicants must demonstrate strong evidence of excellence in research, teaching, and service appropriate to rank, as well as the ability to contribute to the department's strategic priorities.
