QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 3 years work experience for technical courses, Bachelor's Degree for non-transferrable general education courses, or Master's degree with a minimum of 18 credits in the field of study required Minimum of a Master's Degree with 18 credits in the field of study for transferrable general education courses Prior teaching experience and curriculum development experience preferred. Excellent people skills.

REPORTS TO

Department Supervisor, Dean of Academics, Vice President

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing curriculum, instructing, and overseeing students in delegated course(s) Work in partnership with the other faculty members to maintain an effective teaching team.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Salary set by the Watertown School Board based on number of credit hours taught. FY25 rate is $1100 per credit.
