PHSC's Spring Hill Campus oversees the credentialing approval process for the following high schools: FW Springstead High School Weeki Wachee High School Responsibilities Prior to application, the applicant must have the Dual Enrollment Instructor Pre-qualification Form (Download PDF reader) completed and signed by their school-based administrator. This form should be uploaded as part of the application.
