Job Description

Category Schools - General Education Teacher Job Type Contract Inspire growth and achievement in the classroom as an English Language Arts educator for students in a dynamic setting located near Pierre Part, Louisiana. This contract opportunity is anticipated to begin as soon as possible, extending through May 25, 2027. With a commitment of 37.5 hours per week on site, you'll help foster foundational language skills and a love of literature while collaborating with fellow educators and supporting student success.

What You Bring:

Valid Louisiana Teaching License/Certification with necessary endorsements in English Language Arts Experience or background in general education, specifically ELA instruction A passion for engaging students at various academic levels Flexibility and adaptability to meet school and student needs Strong communication and classroom management skills Willingness to work onsite in a traditional classroom setting
