Job Description
Windham Woods School is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic Upper School Humanities Teacher to join our Upper School team. The position includes teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies courses to students in grades 912 with an emphasis on critical thinking, writing, executive function, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Teach high school English Language Arts and Social Studies courses
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student growth and program development
- Incorporate experiential and interdisciplinary learning opportunities into the curriculum
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with families and staff
