We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructor to empower adult learners in achieving their language goals. In this role, you will design engaging curricula, deliver innovative lessons, and foster an inclusive learning environment that celebrates cultural diversity. Your expertise will help students develop their English skills for personal growth, professional advancement, and community integration. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive instructional materials tailored to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels Deliver engaging online and in-person ESL lessons that enhance speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills Adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual learning needs and cultural backgrounds Create assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience teaching ESL to adults in classroom or online settings with a focus on adult education principles Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional materials development, and instructional design Bilingual abilities or experience working with bilingual students is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), or related fields; additional certifications in ESL or adult education preferred
