Full Job Description Description:

The position of Campus Assistant/Aide is a unique opportunity for college students and adults interested in education or a career change to teaching. You will provide much-needed assistance to the academy in order to ensure the delivery of a high standard of education to the children and the community whilst under the supervision of professional teachers. Campus Aides generally assist Lead Teachers with material needs, are responsible for leading and assisting in enrichment activities, monitor lunch periods and recess, and help with set-up and clean-up. You will assist with drop off and pick up.

Qualifications:

Responsible, diligent and conscientious, good communication skills, a commitment to professional growth, and interest in teaching and education fields.

• Must be able to be on the move quickly. Our Campus Aides are on their feet most of the day.
• Must be able to lift 30-60bls.
• Must be organized
• Kind, helpful and thoughtful personality is a plus.

Part-Time based on availability. Hours are determined by shift and can fall between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, two days per week. (Monday/ Thursday) Applicants should fill out an employment interest form at www.parnassusprepacademy.org/employment.
