We're looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Entrepreneurship Instructors to lead engaging summer programs for elementary students in San Carlos. This is your chance to inspire the next generation of innovators while having a meaningful and fun teaching experience. About the Role As an instructor, you will guide students through the fundamentals of entrepreneurship—helping them turn ideas into mini ventures, think creatively, and collaborate with peers. Your role is to make learning interactive, exciting, and impactful through games, creative projects, and real-world challenges, campers learn planning, marketing, budgeting, and problem-solving while creating products and mini-businesses. Along the way, they build confidence, teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking skills that last beyond the classroom. What We're Looking For A fun, engaging personality with the ability to motivate and build trust with young students Experience in teaching entrepreneurship and/or running a business Strong understanding of business fundamentals such as planning, marketing, sales, finance, and operations A passion for encouraging creativity, innovation, and problem-solving Ability to help students think critically and develop real-world solutions A positive and encouraging approach that helps students embrace challenges and grow Patience, empathy, and adaptability to work with diverse learners Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to create interactive and engaging learning experiences A collaborative mindset that encourages teamwork among students Requirements At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-aged children Minimum 2 years of college education Ability to manage a classroom of up to 20 students Must be able to pass background checks and TB test Reliable transportation to commute to San Carlos locations Ability to lift and carry approximately 20-50 lbs occasionally Compensation $25 to $32 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Compensation includes lesson planning, prep time, communication with parents, wait time, instruction, and dismissal duties Availability Monday to Friday availability required Summer camps run for 1-2 weeks Option to choose AM and/or PM sessions Specific schedules and locations will be discussed during the interview How to Apply Please include a cover letter that highlights: Your experience with teaching and/or entrepreneurship Your teaching philosophy or approach Why you would be a great fit for this role If you're excited about shaping young minds, encouraging creativity, and making entrepreneurship fun and accessible, we'd love to hear from you.
