AEL was established to serve the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout the State of Arkansas. We provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting. We offer FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K childcare/daycare programs serving 11 counties with numerous centers across the state of Arkansas. AEL is more than just daycare! We are educators, even as early as 6 weeks old we are implementing an education curriculum. We also offer a variety of child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment. NOW HIRINg an education manager:

Under the direction of the Regional Program Director, the Education Manager provides content area expertise and assists in the development, implementation, and oversight of a quality program in the Agency service area, assuring compliance with standards and regulations as they relate to education and early childhood development. Education and/or Experience Bachelors or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education Bachelors or advanced degree and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education, with experience teaching infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children. 1-3 years of prior job related experience is preferred.
