Associate Director of Enrollment Experiences

Job Description Trinity College seeks a creative, strategic, and collaborative professional to serve as Associate Director of Enrollment Experiences. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact on-campus, off-campus, virtual, and hybrid experiences that engage prospective students, admitted students, families, high school counselors, and other key enrollment constituents. The Associate Director will ensure that every enrollment experience reflects Trinity's brand, values, academic distinction, and commitment to student-centered engagement, helping position the College as a first-choice destination for students. Working strategically and diplomatically with faculty, facilities, student life, academic departments, and other campus stakeholders, this position will serve as an advocate for the enrollment team while building partnerships that support thoughtful, cohesive, and welcoming experiences across the enrollment funnel. This role requires a forward-thinking, solutions-oriented professional who can balance creativity with operational excellence, anticipate challenges, and collaborate effectively across the College to advance Trinity's enrollment goals. Responsibilities Lead the vision, design, and execution of Trinity's enrollment experiences, including daily visits, group visits, open houses, admitted student events, counselor programs, virtual offerings, and off-campus/regional events and experiences for enrollment constituents. Maintain CRM platform (Slate) as it relates to daily visits and group visits Serve as the primary point of contact for group visit requests Serve as the primary liaison for enrollment experiences with faculty, academic departments, facilities, student life, and other campus partners including but not limited to advancement/alumni relations, athletics, institutional events. Collect and analyze feedback, participation data, and engagement metrics. Use insights to recommend improvements and inform future planning. Prepare summaries and insights for enrollment leadership as needed. Provide guidance and support to colleagues including enrollment colleagues, faculty, and staff from other divisions across campus who contribute to enrollment events and visits. May supervise student employees May supervise professional staff Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years of experience 5-8 years of experience, preferred Strong event and experience design skills, with demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and assess high-impact programs. Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and events in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to create polished, welcoming, inclusive, and brand-aligned experiences for guests. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create event plans, schedules, briefings, communications, and follow-up materials for internal and external audiences. Ability to build productive relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and partners. Demonstrated ability to influence, coordinate, and lead cross-functional work without direct authority. Solid technological and data literacy, including experience or comfort with CRM systems, event platforms, survey tools virtual event platforms, spreadsheets, and data reporting. Ability to use data, feedback, and assessment results to evaluate visitor experiences and recommend improvements. Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented, with a history of meeting deadlines and managing complex projects independently. Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends and to travel by car, plane, train or boat as needed for event planning logistics. Must have a valid motor vehicle license.
