Overview Janie Howard Wilson Elementary School is in need of a Dean of Discipline .The Dean of Students champions student well-being, promotes academic success, and ensures compliance with educational regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader committed to shaping the future of students through strategic vision, effective management, and innovative programming. Experience Proven experience in school administrative leadership roles Experience overseeing student discipline, counseling, or extracurricular activities. Understanding of educational compliance laws including special education law, childhood development standards, and school legal requirements. Experience facilitating professional development sessions for educators focused on classroom management, diversity inclusion, or instructional strategies. Skilled in public speaking with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including students, parents, staff, and community partners.
