Job Description
Department Student Affairs/Admissions - College of Medicine Responsibilities The Career Development Program Manager is responsible for the continued development of a system of career advising and career development for College of Medicine medical students. Responsibilities include meeting with students individually, large group instruction/presentations, maintaining career website, ensuring a cohesive advising plan across all campuses and across all four years of medical education. Responsible for staying current on best practices for medical career advising and informing stakeholders of national trends and accreditation standards related to career advising and development. As a member of the Division of Student Affairs & Admissions (DSAA), provides some support for DSAA events. Travel required, as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of experience related to academic and/or student services; or a high school diploma/equivalent and experience equal to eight years. (
