Creating systems that convert leads into students
Keeping classes full
Building waitlists for future classes
Tracking KPIs and performance metrics
Using data to make smarter decisions
Improving every step of the student journey Great admissions doesn't happen by accident.
It happens by design. Partner with Marketing Admissions and Marketing are teammates. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create campaigns that attract the right students, generate quality leads, and tell our story in a way that inspires action. Develop an admissions team that loves what they do.
Help hundreds of students start careers they'll be proud of. Qualifications We're more interested in passion, leadership, and results than checking every box, but here's what will help you succeed:
Experience leading admissions, recruiting, sales, or enrollment teams
Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Experience coaching and developing people
CRM experience (Salesforce, Edlumina, or similar)
Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable using data to drive decisions
