About the
Position:
The CHS Re-Imagination CCE Co-Teaching Model Lead will work in close coordination of all aspects of the CHS Re-imagination, in collaboration with the Barr Foundation. The CHS Re-Imagination CCE Co-Teaching Model Lead will work alongside our Barr Leadership Team and our Reimagination consultant to support all aspects of the implementation of CCE practices across Chelsea High School. The CHS Re-Imagination CCE Co-Teaching Model Lead will also work alongside building and district Special Ed and ML departments leads in support of building consistent and strategic co-teaching facilitation practices throughout Chelsea High School
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Barr Leadership Team and the Reimagination consultant to support all aspects of the CCE Co-Teaching implementation practices.
Work in support of building and district Special Ed and ML departments leadership
Remain in communication with outside consultants and Barr foundation, and provide updates to district and building based leadership when required. Additional before/after school duties as directed by building principal and Officer of innovation, access, and opportunity. Grant requirement compliance if applicable
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a CHS Instructional Educator/Leader with past CHS Reimagination and/or Co-Teaching experience
Compensation:
Paid at the hourly contractual rate, not to exceed $10,000 for the year.
Dates/Time:
Full Academic Year Approximately First Day of School
•Approximately Last Day of School Expected work
•up to 10 hours per week, planned in coordination with the Barr Leadership Team
