Amatus Health is a leading rehabilitative behavioral health facility dedicated to providing treatment for those suffering from addiction. As our Alumni Director, you will play a vital role in supporting sustained recovery and building a strong, engaged alumni community.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive alumni program to support client's post-treatment Maintain consistent communication with alumni through calls, texts, emails, and social platforms Plan and facilitate alumni events, meetings, and community outreach initiatives Build partnerships with community organizations, recovery groups, and referral sources Track alumni engagement, outcomes, and program effectiveness using CRM systems Provide mentorship and support to alumni, encouraging continued recovery and involvement Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless continuum of care Assist in crisis intervention and provide appropriate resources/referrals when needed Travel throughout Maryland to attend events, meetings, and support alumni engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Communications, or related field preferred Minimum of 2+ years of experience in substance use disorder treatment or alumni services Strong understanding of addiction, recovery, and community resources Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build rapport and maintain meaningful relationships Experience with event planning and program development is a plus Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Maryland Why Join Us?
