Vice President of Enrollment and Finance Position Summary With keen attention to the College's mission of enriching lives through providing exceptional education in the healthcare professions, the Director of Admissions creates, delivers, and assesses a successful enrollment strategy throughout the recruitment, admission, enrollment, and matriculation cycle. The position is a member of MCHP's leadership team. This individual will work supportively to develop, implement, and manage an engaging and effective enrollment strategy that yields enrollment goals set forth by the College. Responsibilities Lead the enrollment management effort with dynamism and effectiveness, taking into account the challenges and opportunities facing higher education Enhance awareness and interest in Maine College of Health Professions throughout the state and region Forge relationships with healthcare systems, schools, and other agencies that may advance enrollment efforts Manage the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment functions of the College Lead the daily operations of the Office of Admission Use creativity and collaboration in developing related systems and processes Develop a CRM/applicant management system Effectively use data analysis to support enrollment efforts Assist College leadership in identifying enrollment goals Prepare and present enrollment goals as requested Adjust enrollment activities as needed to ensure that goals are met Lead the development and delivery of compelling and effective marketing and social media strategies; organize enrollment events Work with the Vice President of Enrollment and Financial Affairs to optimize the use of scholarships and aid Provide exceptional customer service to students, families, and colleagues Effectively lead admissions staff and other college community members in enrollment activities Competencies Positive disposition toward and desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and growth-minded organization Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment Strong communication and leadership skills Expertise with analysis and eagerness to embrace, share, and use data as foundational to decision-making Successful history in developing strategies and meeting enrollment goals Superior written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external constituents Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university 3 years of leadership experience in undergraduate admissions Experience with CRM and applicant management systems preferred Willingness to travel (occasional) Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed Valid U.S. Driving license Preferred Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
