P01732 Qualifications Required Associate's Degree General Summary The Superior Hub Community Education Coordinator is responsible for developing, staffing, managing, marketing and evaluating community education program activities in the assigned geographic area. Supervises community education part-time instructors, monitors class pricing and markets CWE activities though print based and social media methods. Performs support functions for community education programming, Emergency Medical Service (EMS) programs, CPR activities, nursing assistant and medication aide courses, EMS continuing education workshops, seminars and conferences. Maintains records on the College database for classes and workshops offered through Community and Workforce Education. Processes monthly payroll, requisitions and Personnel Action forms. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Essential Functions Utilizes college software in order to create and maintain information on the College data base; i.e, course titles, section numbers, location, dates, course times, headcount, instructor name(s) and pay, tuition and fee payment. Responsible for creating a coversheet for auditing purposes for the Student Accounts office indicating money attached or billing requirements Essential Functions Maintains records for EMS classes for credentialing purposes for the Department of Health and Human Services. Essential Functions Recruits, hires, trains, directs, supervises, and evaluates the performance of approximately 30 community education adjunct instructional staff and contractors related to community education. Manages personnel on-site and at-a-distance. Develops, supervises and implements budgetary expenditures related to community education and marketing/instructional materials. Essential Functions Perform community outreach through presentations and meetings with civic organizations. Develops and conducts needs assessments to identify educational needs of individuals, groups, organizations, and communities in the assigned geographic region. Essential Functions At the Superior Educational Hub, is the first point of contact for students accessing programming and services offered through Community and Workforce Education. Essential Functions Prepares personnel actions in both paper and electronic forms for new and existing part-time CWE employees. Collects new employee hiring documentation and works closely with Human Resources for the submission of forms. Understands and performs the personnel action workflow process. Prepares the monthly payroll recap for the College Payroll Department. Essential Functions Assists with CWE registration and preparation of workshops, seminars and conferences. Pre-registers students via phone, in person or web. Provides follow-up on students questions and concerns. Essential Functions Maintains comprehensive understanding of CCC administrative, academic, and student procedures and policies. Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field. Facilitates delivery of student support to off-campus students.
