Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking an energetic, organized, and results-driven Director of Marketing & Admissions to lead our census development efforts while ensuring a seamless admissions experience for residents and their families. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners Coordinate and manage all admissions from inquiry through admission Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families Review referrals and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate admissions Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase census Represent Wolfeboro Bay Center at community events and networking opportunities Track referral activity, admissions data, and marketing initiatives Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure a smooth transition for new admissions Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral sources Qualifications Previous admissions, marketing, healthcare liaison, or business development experience preferred Skilled at building relationships and networking Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living preferred Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Benefits Competitive salary Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community Help Families Find Exceptional Care.
