Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid time off, paid sick time and paid holidays 401k with up to 5% matching Daily pay option Employee -only discounts, perks and rewards programs Admissions Director Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry to intake Serve as the main point of contact for families, hospitals, and referral partners Conduct pre-admission assessments and ensure clinical appropriateness Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and social work teams to support seamless transitions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all admissions activity Develop and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, case managers, and community organizations Monitor census trends and contribute to strategic planning for occupancy goals Represent the facility professionally in outreach and marketing efforts Admissions Director Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in admissions or marketing within a skilled nursing or healthcare setting Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance guidelines Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with EMR systems and admissions tracking tools Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred Excelcare is an equal opportunity employer.
